Tax information can be downloaded in your My Club Hub Parent Portal Account. Log into your account, go to your billing tab. Click on your yearly account statement. Click on the custom Date option, and select the receipts each time you pay. If payments are made online, you will be emailed a receipt. If payments are made in person, you will be provided with a paper receipt. You must save those receipts. Copies will be provided upon request.

Makes sure your location is changed to the location that you are trying to enroll your child in. Example: Your child attends Cub Care through the School year, but would like to attend our Summer Madness Program but you're not seeing it as an options, make sure your location is changed to Franklin Club House- Need a video Tutorial? Log into your Parent Portal, Click on the Billing Tab in the Top Left side of your dashboard. Scroll down to the Pencil next to the total summer amount. Click the Pencil, and delete the total amount. Replace the total amount with a 0. Click Pay. This will be done for every child you have enrolled. Registration Fees are required to be paid in full at the time of registration. BGCJC does not turn anyone away for the inability to pay. Reduced fees MAY be available to families based on specific eligibility criteria. Proof of eligibility is required. Financial assistance is only awarded if funding is available.
